My recent stay at the Asterias Beach Hotel was a delightful experience that combined culinary exploration with stunning vistas at Makronissos Beach, one of Cyprus's treasures. After being upgraded to a sea-view room, we were instantly captivated by the breathtaking views. The highlight of our culinary journey was at the Koralli Rooftop, where we enjoyed the Italian cuisine under the beautiful sails, contributing to a serene, star-lit ambiance. I savored the stuffed calamari - a signature dish that showcased fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The attentive management, particularly Costas, ensured our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. The Christi Akti Cocktail Bar was a fantastic spot to unwind with expertly crafted cocktails. I found the freshly squeezed juices particularly refreshing after a long day exploring nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was notably diverse, catering to various dietary preferences, emphasizing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Asterias Beach Hotel merges exquisite dining with an ideal location. With cabanas dotting the beach and a strong focus on creating memorable culinary experiences, I highly recommend this destination for fellow food enthusiasts and travelers alike.
